Statement of Qualifications

Mitch Murri has an MBA from the University of Washington and is a finance executive with 30 years' experience with a wide variety of organizations and with differing company structures. Mitch has and entrepreneurial spirit, establishing Mitch Murri Consulting in 2001 and ran successfully for over 15 years. He was an early investor in MedOrder and T4M, both software companies in Seattle. He is a current investor of, and performs financial advisory for, OtoNexus. Mitch has been seated as a board member on numerous for-profit and not for profit companies and organizations, and is an Accredited Angel Investor.

Rachael Levine has thirty years’ experience in the culinary and hospitality industry with a specialized emphasis in regional food systems and food and wine pairing.  She’s held leadership roles at esteemed establishments such as R.H. Phillips Winery, Nugget Markets, Total Wine & More, and El Macero Country Club. Rachael’s extensive international experience includes representing R.H. Phillips and the California Wine Institute as a featured guest chef in cities across Canada, Asia, and Europe. She’s been a private chef creating fresh, seasonal meals daily, while catering to diverse tastes and preferences. Rachael established rachaelikesfood in 2017, a restaurant consulting business, supporting clients in developing fresh menus, creating new recipes, and elevating their food programs with a focus on local ingredients.
